Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations aligned with each client's individual needs
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients on beauty products, techniques, and skincare solutions
- Monitor and communicate current beauty trends, new product launches, and seasonal offerings to maintain relevant, expert guidance
- Achieve sales goals and key performance indicators through consultative selling and relationship-building
- Support inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintenance of an organized, clean, welcoming retail environment
- Promote an inclusive, collaborative culture where all clients and team members feel respected and empowered
- Uphold Sephora Canada standards of service excellence, safety, and compliance with company policies
Qualifications
- Previous retail, hospitality, or client-focused service experience with demonstrated ability to develop strong client relationships
- Passion for beauty, cosmetics, trends, and client empowerment
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Team-oriented mindset with ability to thrive in collaborative, goal-driven, inclusive environments
- Quick learner capable of rapidly absorbing and effectively sharing product knowledge
- Physical capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
Skills
Experience
Beginner-level applicants welcome; prior experience in retail, hospitality, or client-focused service environments preferred to demonstrate capability in building client relationships and delivering excellent service.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; formal beauty or cosmetology credentials not required.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 18.20 to CAD 21.40 per hour.
