Sephora Canada Beauty Advisor part-time position in Langford, BC. Personalized consultations, product expertise, and client relationships.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to individual client needs
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients on beauty techniques and product benefits
- Maintain current knowledge of beauty trends, products, and techniques to provide relevant and timely advice
- Drive sales results and exceed key performance indicators and sales goals
- Support inventory management, merchandising displays, and maintain a clean, organized retail environment
- Foster an inclusive, welcoming atmosphere that empowers all clients and team members
- Uphold Sephora Canada standards for safety, security, and customer experience
- Work flexible schedules during peak retail operations, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications
- Passion for beauty, trends, and empowering client confidence
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong team player mentality with ability to thrive in collaborative, goal-oriented environments
- Quick learner capable of absorbing and sharing product knowledge
- Physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds
- Ability to meet minimum weekly hours (15–29 hours for part-time positions)

Skills
Experience
Previous experience demonstrating ability to provide excellent service and develop strong client relationships in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment. Beginner-level qualifications accepted with demonstrated passion for beauty and trends.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 19.85 to CAD 24.80 per hour.
