Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to individual customer needs and preferences
- Educate and empower customers by sharing expert knowledge across the full product range
- Stay current with emerging beauty trends, new product launches, and innovative application techniques to provide relevant advice
- Achieve and exceed sales objectives and key performance indicators while supporting team targets
- Manage stock levels, execute merchandising standards, and maintain a clean, organized, welcoming store environment
Qualifications
- Proven experience delivering exceptional customer service in a retail environment
- Demonstrated passion for beauty, cosmetics, and current beauty trends with authentic confidence
