Sephora Canada Beauty Advisor position in Laval, Quebec — flexible part-time hours, competitive pay (CAD $17.10–$21.40/hr), and training.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations aligned with individual client needs and preferences
- Educate clients on beauty trends, new product launches, techniques, and brand offerings to empower purchasing decisions
- Share expert knowledge to guide clients through their beauty journey and build long-term confidence and loyalty
- Maintain awareness of emerging beauty trends and innovations to provide relevant, timely advice
- Achieve sales objectives and key performance indicators through consultative selling and customer engagement
- Manage inventory, merchandising, and stock displays to ensure the retail environment remains clean, organized, and welcoming
- Support team collaboration and maintain operational reliability, including availability during peak store traffic periods
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience and aptitude in delivering exceptional customer service within a retail environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele
