Role & Responsibilities
- Provide tailored beauty consultations and personalized product recommendations based on client needs and preferences
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge to educate and empower clients throughout their beauty journey
- Maintain awareness of current beauty trends, techniques, and seasonal product launches to deliver relevant and timely advice
- Support inventory management, merchandising displays, and general store cleanliness to maintain a welcoming retail environment
- Exceed sales goals and key performance indicators through consultative selling and client relationship building
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative team environment that promotes openness and client empowerment
