Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to individual client needs
- Educate and empower clients throughout their beauty journey by sharing expert product knowledge
- Stay current with emerging beauty trends, new techniques, and product innovations to provide relevant advice
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards
- Manage inventory and stock levels to support sales operations
- Demonstrate flexibility and reliability across peak trading periods, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications
- Proven experience delivering excellent customer service and building strong client relationships in a retail environment
- Demonstrated passion for beauty, cosmetics, and fashion trends
- Strong confidence and self-presentation in a customer-facing role
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented, objective-driven environment
- Physical capacity to lift and move items up to 22.7 kg (50 lbs)
Skills
Experience
Retail customer service experience required; beauty or cosmetics sector experience preferred but not mandatory for entry-level candidates.
Education
Secondary education (high school diploma or equivalent) preferred; beauty or cosmetics certification a plus.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Mirabel, Quebec, Canada, with easy access to Montreal.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 18.10 to CAD 22.65 per hour.
