Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's unique needs and preferences
- Educate and empower clients through expert product knowledge and beauty trend insights
- Stay informed on new product launches, beauty techniques, and emerging trends to provide relevant and compelling advice
- Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators through consultative selling and client relationship management
- Maintain stock levels, execute merchandising displays, and ensure the retail space is clean, organized, and inviting
- Provide flexible scheduling availability during high-traffic periods, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships in a retail environment
- Genuine passion for beauty trends and self-confidence in product expertise
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Collaborative mindset with commitment to team objectives and inclusive principles
- Physical capability to safely lift and relocate items up to 22.7 kg (50 lbs)
Skills
Experience
Entry-level retail experience in a customer-facing role preferred; willingness to develop expertise in beauty products and services is essential.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; beauty certification or formal training in cosmetics is advantageous but not required.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17.10 to CAD 21.40 per hour.
