The part-time Beauty Advisor represents Sephora Canada, delivering personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations while supporting sales targets, inventory, and merchandising. The role requires availability during busy store periods and 15–29 hours per week.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome each client warmly and represent Sephora Canada with confidence and enthusiasm for beauty.
- Provide personalized consultations and expert product recommendations tailored to each client's needs.
- Share product knowledge to educate and empower clients in their beauty journey.
- Stay current on new products, techniques, and beauty trends to provide relevant advice and encourage repeat visits.
- Work to exceed sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Manage inventory and merchandising, and maintain a clean, organized, welcoming environment.
Qualifications
- Experience and demonstrated ability to deliver excellent service and build strong client relationships in a welcoming, customer-focused retail environment.
- Passion for beauty and trends, with confidence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Contribute to a team spirit and thrive in a collaborative, goal-oriented environment while applying principles of inclusion.
- Physically able to lift and move loads of up to 22.7 kg.
- Available during busy store periods, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
