Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to individual client needs and preferences
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients on beauty techniques, benefits, and applications
- Monitor emerging beauty trends, products, and innovations to provide current, relevant recommendations that enhance client loyalty
- Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators while driving results through effective client engagement
- Support inventory management, merchandising displays, and maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative team culture and promote a welcoming atmosphere for all clients and colleagues
- Uphold Sephora Canada standards and policies to ensure a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience
Qualifications
- Previous experience delivering excellent service and building strong client relationships in retail, hospitality, or client-focused environments
- Demonstrated passion for beauty, trends, and personal empowerment
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Proven ability to work effectively within collaborative, goal-oriented, and inclusive team settings
- Strong capacity to quickly learn and retain product knowledge
- Physical ability to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds
