Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to individual client needs and preferences
- Educate clients on product features, benefits, and application techniques to empower informed purchasing decisions
- Stay current with emerging beauty trends, new product launches, and innovative application techniques to provide relevant and compelling advice
- Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators while maintaining exceptional service standards
- Manage inventory, restocking, and visual merchandising to ensure the store environment is organized, clean, and inviting
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience delivering excellent customer service in a retail or beauty environment
- Passion for beauty, cosmetics, and current beauty trends with genuine confidence in product knowledge
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, goal-oriented team environment and support inclusive workplace principles
- Physical capability to lift and move merchandise weighing up to 22.7 kg

Experience
