Sephora Canada is hiring a part-time Beauty Advisor in Prince George, BC. CAD $18.85–$23.55/hr with benefits and career development.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations based on individual client needs and preferences
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients on beauty techniques, trends, and innovations
- Maintain awareness of current beauty trends, products, and industry developments to provide relevant and timely advice
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators while maintaining service excellence
- Support inventory management, merchandising activities, and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming retail environment
- Foster a culture of inclusivity and teamwork, promoting an empowered and collaborative shopping experience
- Uphold Sephora Canada standards and company policies to ensure a safe, secure, and enjoyable environment for all clients
- Demonstrate flexibility with scheduling to accommodate peak retail operations, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or client-focused environments demonstrating excellent service delivery
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Passion for beauty, cosmetics, and current trends
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities

Experience
Entry-level retail or hospitality experience with demonstrated aptitude for client service and beauty engagement; no formal beauty credentials required but passion for the industry is essential.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional beauty certification or formal training is advantageous but not required.
