Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and provide expert product recommendations tailored to each client's needs and preferences
- Educate and empower clients by sharing professional beauty knowledge and demonstrating product applications
- Maintain current awareness of beauty trends, new product launches, and advanced beauty techniques to provide relevant and compelling advice
- Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators while supporting overall store profitability
- Manage inventory, execute merchandising standards, and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
- Display flexibility in scheduling and availability, including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts during peak store traffic periods
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience delivering excellent customer service and building strong client relationships in a positive, client-focused retail setting
- Genuine passion for beauty, makeup trends, and personal confidence in beauty expertise
- Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Collaborative team approach with commitment to inclusivity and goal-oriented teamwork
- Physical capability to lift and move merchandise up to 22.7 kg (50 lbs)
