Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to individual client needs
- Educate customers on beauty trends, new techniques, and product innovations to empower informed purchasing decisions
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of current beauty trends and product offerings to provide relevant, timely advice
- Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators whilst building lasting customer relationships
- Manage inventory, maintain visual merchandising standards, and ensure the retail environment remains clean, organized, and welcoming
- Uphold flexibility during high-traffic retail periods, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications
- Demonstrated retail experience with strong customer service aptitude
- Genuine passion for beauty, trends, and personal style confidence
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in collaborative, goal-oriented, and inclusive team environments
- Physical capacity to lift and move loads up to 22.7 kg
