Sephora Canada Beauty Advisor – Full-time retail position in Quebec offering competitive hourly pay ($18.10–$22.65 CAD) and employee benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to individual client needs
- Share expert beauty knowledge to educate and empower clients throughout their beauty journey
- Stay current with beauty trends, new products, and application techniques to provide relevant and compelling advice
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators
- Manage stock levels, execute merchandising displays, and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
- Work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays during peak retail periods
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience delivering excellent service and building strong client relationships in a retail environment
- Genuine passion for beauty, cosmetics, and evolving beauty trends
- Strong confidence, communication skills, and interpersonal abilities
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a collaborative, goal-driven, and inclusive environment
- Physical capability to lift and move loads up to 22.7 kg
