Sephora Beauty Advisor – Quebec City, full-time retail role in beauty services, $19.10–$23.25/hr CAD.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and serve customers with enthusiasm and clarity across all beauty categories and the checkout area
- Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate products with product knowledge expertise
- Perform makeup applications and beauty consultations as required
- Train and mentor fellow beauty advisors on brand knowledge and product offerings
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock issues to management
- Ensure compliance with sampling policies and operational procedures
- Participate in stock loss reduction initiatives and special in-store events
- Execute cashier functions when assigned to support team operations
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of retail or customer service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to influence and communicate with clarity and concision across all business levels
- Flexibility to work variable hours including evenings and weekends
- Product knowledge in beauty, skincare, color, and fragrance categories
