Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations based on individual client needs
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge to educate and empower clients throughout their beauty journey
- Monitor beauty trends and communicate relevant product innovations and techniques to maintain client engagement
- Execute sales strategies to meet and exceed assigned key performance indicators and revenue targets
- Support inventory management, merchandising standards, and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming retail environment
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative team culture where all team members feel empowered and valued

Qualifications
