Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to individual client needs and preferences
- Educate clients on beauty trends, techniques, and product applications to empower informed purchasing decisions
- Stay current with emerging beauty trends, new product launches, and innovative techniques to provide timely, relevant advice
- Achieve and surpass sales targets and key performance indicators through consultative selling
- Manage inventory and visual merchandising to ensure the store environment remains organized, clean, and inviting
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience delivering excellent customer service in a retail environment
- Genuine passion for beauty, cosmetics, and current beauty trends with strong personal confidence
