Sephora Canada seeks a full-time Beauty Advisor for its Rosemere store location. The role encompasses product consultation across colour, skincare, fragrance, and cashier departments, with a focus on client satisfaction, product knowledge, and operational excellence. The position includes makeup application services, team training responsibilities, inventory management, and participation in loss-reduction initiatives.

Role & Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and knowledgeable service to clients across colour, skincare, and fragrance categories
• Greet clients with enthusiasm and determine their product needs with targeted recommendations
• Perform makeup applications for clients as needed
• Share product knowledge with clients in a clear and compelling manner
• Train and mentor newly hired beauty advisors; ensure team members complete brand-specific training
• Pursue continuous product and professional development
• Participate in inventory control and stock monitoring; communicate stock concerns to management
• Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures
• Stay informed of special events, promotions, and in-store activities
• Participate in loss-reduction and shrinkage-prevention programmes
• Understand and perform cashier-related functions as designated

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in retail sales or customer service
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to influence business partners with clarity and concision across organizational levels
• Flexibility to work varied schedules including days, evenings, and weekends
• Passion for client engagement and beauty services
