The part-time Beauty Advisor welcomes clients, provides personalized consultations and product recommendations, shares beauty expertise, and supports sales goals while maintaining stock, merchandising, and store standards. The role is permanent, with part-time hours of 15–29 per week and availability required during peak periods, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome each client warmly and represent Sephora Canada with confidence and enthusiasm for beauty.
- Provide personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs.
- Share product and beauty knowledge to educate and empower clients in their beauty journeys.
- Stay current on new products, techniques, and beauty trends to provide relevant advice and encourage repeat visits.
- Work toward exceeding sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Manage stock and merchandising, keeping the store environment clean, organized, and welcoming.
Qualifications
- Experience and demonstrated ability to deliver excellent service and build strong client relationships in an engaging, client-focused retail environment.
- Passion for beauty and trends, with confidence in personal expertise.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Contribute to a team-oriented culture and thrive in a collaborative, goal-driven environment while applying inclusion principles.
- Physically able to lift and move loads of up to 22.7 kg.
- Available during peak store periods, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
