Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations aligned with individual client needs
- Share expertise and educate clients on beauty products, trends, and techniques to build confidence in their purchasing decisions
- Maintain awareness of new product launches, emerging techniques, and beauty trends to deliver relevant, engaging advice
- Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators while supporting the client journey
- Manage inventory, merchandising, and store presentation to ensure a clean, organized, welcoming environment
- Provide excellent service and cultivate strong client relationships in a retail setting
- Maintain flexibility to work during peak shopping periods, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience delivering excellent service and building strong client relationships in a retail environment
- Genuine passion for beauty, skincare, and emerging trends
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, goal-oriented, inclusive team environment
- Physical capability to lift and move loads up to 22.7 kg
- Availability during high-traffic periods, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Experience
Entry-level retail or beauty industry experience preferred; candidates with passion for beauty and strong service orientation are encouraged to apply.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
