Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's needs and preferences
- Educate and empower clients through demonstrations of product knowledge and beauty expertise
- Stay informed of emerging beauty trends, new product launches, and innovative techniques to provide relevant and timely advice
- Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators through effective product presentation and client engagement
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards to create an inviting shopping environment
- Manage inventory levels and stock rotation to ensure product availability and freshness
- Demonstrate flexibility in scheduling and reliability, with availability during peak retail periods including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience delivering excellent customer service in a retail or beauty environment
- Strong passion for beauty, cosmetics, and current beauty trends with confident personal presentation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities
- Collaborative team player with commitment to inclusive practices and goal-oriented environments
- Physically capable of lifting and moving loads up to 22.7 kg

Entry-level experience in retail customer service or beauty consultation preferred; beginners with demonstrated passion for beauty are encouraged to apply.
Education
