Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to client needs
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients on beauty techniques and trends
- Stay current with latest beauty products, treatments, and industry innovations to provide relevant advice
- Drive sales performance and achieve key performance indicators
- Support store operations including inventory management, merchandising, and visual presentation
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming shopping environment
- Foster a culture of inclusivity and teamwork among staff and clients
- Uphold Sephora Canada standards and company policies to ensure a safe, secure shopping experience
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or client-focused service environments
