Sephora Canada seeks a part-time Beauty Advisor in Sault Sainte Marie, ON. CAD$19.20–$22.60/hr with bonuses and benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide tailored beauty consultations and personalized product recommendations to meet individual client needs
- Demonstrate expert product knowledge and educate clients on beauty techniques, ingredients, and trend applications
- Monitor and share awareness of current beauty trends, new product launches, and seasonal offerings to deliver relevant guidance
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators
- Support inventory management, product merchandising, and maintain clean, organized store displays
- Uphold store cleanliness and organization standards to create a welcoming shopping environment
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative team culture and support colleague development
- Ensure compliance with Sephora Canada policies and maintain a safe, secure customer experience

Skills
Experience

Education
