Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's needs and preferences
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients on beauty techniques, trends, and innovations
- Monitor industry trends and maintain current knowledge of Sephora's product portfolio to provide relevant, expert advice
- Drive sales results and exceed key performance indicators through effective client engagement and advisory services
- Support inventory management, merchandising displays, and maintain a clean, organized, welcoming retail environment
- Promote an inclusive, collaborative team culture where all clients and colleagues feel welcomed and empowered
