Sephora Canada Beauty Advisor in St Albert, AB—Full-time position offering personalized consultations and beauty expertise.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to individual client needs and preferences
- Educate and empower clients through demonstration of product expertise and knowledge of beauty techniques and trends
- Monitor emerging beauty products, techniques, and market trends to provide current and relevant advice
- Exceed sales goals and key performance indicators through effective client engagement and upselling
- Support store inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming retail space
- Promote a culture of inclusivity, openness, and empowerment among team members and clients
- Ensure compliance with Sephora Canada policies and contribute to a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience
- Maintain flexible availability during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Demonstrate consistent punctuality and attendance
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent service and develop strong client relationships in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment

Skills
Experience
Previous experience in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused service role is preferred. Entry-level candidates with a demonstrated passion for beauty and strong interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional beauty industry training or certification is beneficial but not required.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in St Albert, Alberta, Canada, with easy access to Edmonton.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17 to CAD 20 per hour.
