Sephora Canada is hiring a Beauty Advisor in St. John's, NL. Part-time beauty retail role with competitive hourly pay and benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's individual needs and preferences
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients about beauty techniques, trends, and innovations
- Monitor industry trends, new product launches, and emerging beauty techniques to provide current, relevant advice
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators
- Support inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintain a clean, organized, welcoming shopping environment
- Promote a culture of inclusivity and collaboration among team members
- Comply with Sephora Canada policies to ensure a safe, secure, and enjoyable customer experience
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or client-focused environments demonstrating excellent service delivery
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Demonstrated passion for beauty, cosmetics trends, and client empowerment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong collaborative and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to absorb and retain product knowledge quickly
- Physical capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
