The Beauty Advisor provides personalized consultations, performs makeup and skincare services, demonstrates application techniques, and delivers inclusive client service at Sephora in St. John’s. Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized beauty consultations by understanding clients’ goals and recommending suitable products and services.
- Perform customized beauty services, including makeup application and skincare treatments, while adhering to health and hygiene standards.
- Demonstrate makeup techniques and skincare routines.
- Stay current with beauty trends, new products, and brand launches at Sephora.
- Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for clients, and manage bookings and rebookings for beauty services.
- Participate in sales events and promotions to drive client engagement and contribute to store sales goals.
