Sephora Canada is hiring a part-time Beauty Advisor in St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador, on a permanent basis, for 15–29 hours per week. The role delivers personalized consultations and product recommendations, supports sales goals, merchandising and inventory, and helps maintain an inclusive, welcoming store environment. Compensation is CAD 18.00–22.50 per hour, with eligibility for performance-based bonuses and a competitive benefits program.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs.
- Share product expertise to educate and support clients in their beauty journeys.
- Stay current on beauty products, techniques, and trends to provide relevant advice.
- Work toward exceeding sales goals and key performance indicators.
- Support inventory and merchandising, and maintain a clean, organized, welcoming environment.
- Promote an inclusive, open culture where everyone feels empowered, and contribute to teamwork.
- Follow company policies and help maintain a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Meet the minimum weekly shifts and hours required for the part-time schedule of 15–29 hours per week.
- Be available during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Maintain punctuality and consistent attendance.

- Previous experience and demonstrated ability to provide excellent service and build strong client relationships in a retail, hospitality, or other client-focused environment.
- Passion for beauty, trends, and empowering confidence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Quick learner with the ability to absorb and share product knowledge.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
