Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's needs
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and educate clients on beauty trends and application techniques
- Maintain awareness of current beauty products, trends, and innovations to provide relevant, timely advice
- Exceed sales targets and key performance indicators while supporting overall store performance
- Support inventory management, merchandising activities, and maintain a clean, organized retail environment
- Promote an inclusive, welcoming shopping culture and foster teamwork among store staff
- Uphold Sephora Canada standards for service quality, safety, and compliance
Qualifications
- Previous experience delivering excellent service and developing strong client relationships in retail, hospitality, or client-focused environments
- Demonstrated passion for beauty, cosmetics trends, and client empowerment
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Collaborative team player with ability to thrive in goal-oriented, inclusive settings

Experience
