Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's individual needs
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients on beauty techniques and product benefits
- Monitor and stay current with beauty trends, new product launches, and market innovations to provide relevant advice
- Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators while supporting the store's business objectives
- Maintain inventory accuracy, execute merchandising initiatives, and ensure a clean and welcoming retail environment
- Promote an inclusive and collaborative team culture where all customers and colleagues feel valued and empowered
- Uphold Sephora Canada's service standards and security protocols to ensure a safe shopping experience
Qualifications
- Previous retail, hospitality, or client-focused service experience with demonstrated ability to build strong relationships
