Beauty Advisor position at Sephora Canada in Toronto, ON. Full-time hourly retail role delivering personalized beauty consultations and product expertise.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's needs and preferences
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients on beauty techniques to empower their confidence journeys
- Stay informed of current beauty trends, new product releases, and emerging techniques to provide relevant and timely advice
- Achieve and exceed sales goals and key performance indicators set by Sephora Canada
- Support inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
- Promote a culture of inclusivity and teamwork, ensuring all customers and colleagues feel valued and empowered
- Uphold Sephora Canada's service standards and policies to ensure a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience
- Demonstrate flexibility with scheduling during peak retail operations, including evenings, weekends, and holiday periods
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service and develop strong client relationships in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment

- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills

Skills
Experience
Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or a client-focused service environment demonstrating excellence in customer engagement and relationship building. Beginner-level candidates with a demonstrated passion for beauty and strong service orientation are encouraged to apply.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; formal beauty or cosmetology training is not required but may be advantageous.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 19.20 to CAD 22.60 per hour.
