The part-time Beauty Advisor delivers personalized beauty consultations and services, including makeup application and skincare treatments, while supporting bookings, client engagement and store sales. Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized beauty consultations by understanding clients’ goals and recommending suitable products and services.
- Perform customized beauty services, including makeup application and skincare treatments, while adhering to health and hygiene standards.
- Demonstrate makeup techniques and skincare routines.
- Stay current with beauty trends, new products and brand launches at Sephora.
- Create a welcoming, inclusive environment and manage bookings and rebookings for beauty services.
- Participate in sales events and promotions to drive client engagement and contribute to store sales goals.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of prior experience in retail sales or services.
