Sephora Canada seeks a Beauty Advisor in Trois-Rivières, QC. Flexible part-time hours, CAD $17.10–$21.40/hr, benefits and bonuses.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to individual customer needs
- Educate and empower clients through expert knowledge about products, techniques, and beauty trends
- Stay current with emerging beauty trends, new product launches, and innovative techniques to provide relevant guidance
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators established by management
- Maintain store inventory, merchandising standards, and ensure the retail environment remains clean, organized, and welcoming
- Provide consistent excellent service and build strong customer relationships in a collaborative, goal-oriented environment
- Demonstrate flexibility and reliability, particularly during peak shopping periods, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience delivering exceptional service and developing solid customer relationships in a pleasant, customer-focused retail environment
- Genuine passion for beauty, trends, and fashion with strong self-confidence
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to contribute positively to team dynamics and thrive in a collaborative, inclusive, goal-driven setting
- Physical capability to lift and move items up to 22.7 kg
- Commitment to meeting minimum weekly shift or hour requirements as specified by employment classification
