Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations aligned with each customer's individual needs and preferences
- Educate customers on beauty techniques, product benefits, and emerging trends to empower informed purchasing decisions
- Stay current with beauty innovations, new product launches, and industry trends to provide relevant and compelling advice
- Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators while delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Maintain store appearance through inventory management, merchandise organization, and cleanliness standards
- Support team collaboration and contribute to an inclusive, goal-oriented retail environment
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience and aptitude for delivering excellent customer service and building strong client relationships in a retail environment
