Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs.
- Share product knowledge to educate and empower clients in their beauty journeys.
- Stay informed about new products, techniques and beauty trends to provide relevant advice.
- Exceed sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Manage stock and merchandising, and maintain a clean, organized and welcoming store environment.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service and build strong client relationships in a pleasant, customer-focused retail environment.
- Passion for beauty and trends, with confidence in the role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Physically able to lift and move loads of up to 22.7 kg.
- Available during peak store periods, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Reliable and flexible with scheduling; must meet the required minimum weekly shifts or hours: 30–40 hours for full-time staff, 15–29 hours for part-time staff, and 0–14 hours for flex staff as needed.
