Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's individual needs and preferences
- Educate and empower clients through demonstrated product expertise and knowledge of beauty trends and techniques
- Maintain awareness of current beauty products, emerging trends, and industry innovations to provide relevant and timely advice
- Achieve and exceed sales goals and key performance indicators to drive business results
- Support inventory management, merchandising activities, and maintain a clean, organized retail environment
