Sephora is hiring a full-time Beauty Advisor in Winnipeg on a permanent basis. The role delivers personalized consultations and product recommendations, supports sales goals and store standards, and requires availability for peak retail periods; compensation is CAD 17.80–20.95 per hour, with potential performance-based bonuses and benefits.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs.
  • Share product expertise to educate and support clients in their beauty journeys.
  • Stay current on beauty products, techniques, and trends to provide relevant advice.
  • Exceed sales goals and key performance indicators.
  • Support inventory and merchandising, and maintain a clean, organized, welcoming environment.
  • Promote an inclusive, open culture where everyone feels empowered.
  • Follow company policies and help create a safe, secure, enjoyable shopping experience.
  • Meet the minimum required weekly shifts and hours: 30–40 hours for full-time, 15–29 hours for part-time, or 0–14 hours for flex scheduling as needed.
  • Be available during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Maintain punctuality and consistent attendance.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience and demonstrated ability to provide excellent service and develop strong client relationships in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
  • Passion for beauty, trends, and empowering confidence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Collaborative team player who thrives in a goal-oriented and inclusive environment.
  • Quick learner with the ability to absorb and share product knowledge.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
