Sephora is hiring a full-time, permanent Paid Services Beauty Advisor in Winnipeg to provide personalized beauty consultations and customized makeup and skincare services, support bookings, and contribute to sales events and store goals. Compensation is CAD 18.30–21.55 per hour, with final pay dependent on qualifications, experience, and other legitimate business factors.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized beauty consultations by understanding clients’ beauty goals and recommending suitable products and services.
- Deliver customized beauty services, including makeup application and skincare treatments, while adhering to health and hygiene standards.
- Demonstrate makeup techniques and skincare routines.
- Stay informed about the latest beauty trends, products, and Sephora brand launches.
- Create a welcoming and inclusive environment, deliver exceptional client service, and handle bookings and rebooking for beauty services.
- Participate in sales events and promotions, drive client engagement, and contribute to store sales goals.
