Sephora seeks a part-time Beauty Advisor for its Faubourg Boisbriand store, providing customer service across color cosmetics, skincare, fragrance and checkout while supporting training, inventory control and store operations. The permanent role requires one to three years of retail or service experience and availability for a flexible schedule, including days, evenings and weekends.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome customers warmly and provide friendly, informed service across color cosmetics, skincare, fragrance and the checkout area.
- Identify customers’ needs and recommend suitable products, sharing product knowledge as appropriate.
- Perform makeup applications for customers when needed.
- Ensure designated team members complete in-depth brand training, continue product learning and train other Beauty Advisors.
- Participate in inventory control and report stock issues or concerns to the manager.
- Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures.
- Stay informed about store special events and animations.
- Participate in programs to reduce shortages and losses.
- Designated advisors must be familiar with cashier-specific functions.
Qualifications
- One to three years of experience in retail or service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence business partners at all levels clearly and concisely.
