Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to individual client needs
- Demonstrate expertise in beauty products, techniques, and trends to educate and empower clients
- Monitor and stay current with the latest beauty products and industry trends to deliver relevant advice
- Drive sales performance and exceed key performance indicators
- Support inventory management, merchandising, and maintain a clean, organized retail environment
- Foster an inclusive and collaborative team culture where all clients and colleagues feel empowered
- Uphold Sephora Canada standards through adherence to company policies and creation of a safe shopping experience
- Meet flexibility requirements including availability for peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or client-focused service environments
- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service and develop strong client relationships
- Passion for beauty, cosmetics, and empowering client confidence
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Team player mentality with ability to thrive in collaborative, goal-oriented environments
- Quick learner capable of absorbing and sharing product knowledge efficiently
- Physical ability to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds
Skills
Experience
Entry-level retail or customer service experience is preferred; however, candidates with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for beauty may be considered despite limited prior formal experience.

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 19.20 to CAD 22.60 per hour.
