Sephora Floor Experience Manager in Montreal, Canada – Lead retail beauty team, manage customer experience, and drive sales. CAD $54,800–$68,500.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop floor team members including beauty advisors and team leads to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction objectives
  • Conduct training sessions and onboarding for new and existing beauty advisors on Sephora's sales model and product knowledge
  • Respond promptly to customer feedback via Medallia and customer service channels; assume rotating customer experience manager duties in-store
  • Manage recruitment and hiring processes for direct reports and floor-level positions using online applicant tracking systems
  • Coordinate and execute all in-store events and promotional activities with the Beauty Services team to maximize customer engagement and sales opportunities
  • Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained across the sales floor; oversee stock levels for testers and supplies; execute merchandising reconfigurations
  • Collaborate with brand representatives during store visits to ensure effective product training and coaching of beauty advisors; provide feedback on brand training effectiveness
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with company standards across the sales floor

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–4 years of management experience in beauty, retail, customer service, or equivalent internal experience
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate and coach teams to meet company expectations and performance goals
  • Proven capability to build high-performing teams and identify, develop talent across the employee lifecycle
  • Composure and courage to conduct difficult conversations and manage team dynamics
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels with clarity and concision

Experience
