Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and empower team members to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales objectives
- Foster customer engagement through in-depth product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Support team development through continuous feedback and performance coaching
- Oversee staff integration and training in service excellence, loyalty programs, product expertise, and brand initiatives
- Manage daily operations including inventory control, visual merchandising, and store standards compliance

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service environments
