Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and empower team members to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets
- Develop team performance through continuous feedback and coaching to improve individual and collective results
- Support staff integration and ongoing learning in service excellence, loyalty programs, product expertise, and brand initiatives
- Manage daily store operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, and adherence to store standards
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative workplace culture where every team member feels accountable and valued
- Maintain punctuality and availability during peak retail periods, including evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays
- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and provide personalized customer recommendations to drive engagement
Qualifications
- Minimum two years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service environments
