Sephora Dartmouth seeks a part-time Operations Consultant to manage stockroom and merchandise operations. CAD $17.70–$22.15/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, professional, and knowledgeable client service during store business hours
- Assist in training other cashiers and consultants on Point-of-Sale (POS) and mobile POS systems
- Maintain standards of cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone and stockroom
- Perform shipment receipt and processing in a timely manner
- Organize and maintain stockroom per company standards
- Process transfers, damages, and testers according to established procedures
- Check in visual merchandising elements and communicate missing or damaged pieces to the Operations Supervisor
- Ensure safety and tidiness standards are consistently maintained
- Communicate inventory issues and concerns to supervisory staff
- Participate in inventory control and shortage reduction initiatives
- Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures
- Cross-train in cashier functions as designated
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of retail or client service industry experience, preferably in stockroom operations
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong computer and arithmetic skills
- Demonstrated organizational ability and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task while attending to client and business needs
- Effective time management, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Physical capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and to bend and stretch for shelf stocking
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work in a fragrance-filled environment
Skills
Experience
1–2 years of retail or client service industry experience, preferably in a stockroom capacity. Entry-level candidates with foundational retail knowledge and a demonstrated ability to learn may be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17.70 to CAD 22.15 per hour.
