Operations Consultant (Part-Time) at Sephora Edmonton — retail operations and stockroom role with flexible hours, CAD $17–$20/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, professional, and knowledgeable client service during store business hours
- Assist in training other cashiers and consultants on Point-of-Sale (POS) and mobile POS systems
- Maintain cleanliness and organization standards within the cashier zone and retail floor
- Perform timely shipment receipt and processing according to company protocols
- Organize and maintain stockroom inventory per company standards
- Process transfers, damages, and testers in compliance with company procedures
- Check in visual merchandising elements and communicate missing or damaged pieces to the Operations Supervisor
- Monitor and communicate inventory issues and concerns to management
- Ensure compliance with sampling policies and maintain safety and tidiness standards
- Participate in inventory control and stock shortage/loss reduction initiatives
- Support cross-training in cashier and POS functions as designated
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1–2 years of retail or client service industry experience, preferably in a stockroom capacity
- Proficiency in computer systems and point-of-sale software
- Strong arithmetic and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to client needs and business priorities
- Effective time management, problem-solving, and communication abilities
- Physical capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and bend/stretch to stock shelves
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Skills
Experience
1–2 years of retail or client service industry experience, preferably with stockroom responsibilities. Entry-level candidates with strong foundational skills and a commitment to learning are encouraged to apply.

High School diploma or equivalent

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17 to CAD 20 per hour.
