Part-time Operations Consultant at Sephora's Gatineau location responsible for warehouse organization, merchandise management, and stock loss reduction in partnership with store leadership. The role encompasses receiving and processing deliveries, maintaining store standards, managing transfers and damaged goods, and monitoring visual merchandising compliance while supporting customer service operations across the store.

Role & Responsibilities

• Partner with the Operations Supervisor to ensure warehouse organization and implement merchandise-related updates
• Provide professional and courteous customer service during store operating hours
• Maintain cleanliness and organization standards in checkout areas and sales zones
• Receive and process deliveries in a timely manner
• Organize and maintain the warehouse according to company standards
• Manage transfers, damaged products, and demonstration units in compliance with established protocols
• Verify visual elements and report missing or damaged items to the Operations Supervisor
• Ensure safety and cleanliness standards are upheld at all times
• Report inventory issues and concerns to supervisors and store management
• Participate in loss reduction and shrinkage prevention programs
• Support training of other cashiers and point-of-sale team members

Skills

Experience

Entry-level or beginner experience in retail operations, warehouse, or customer-facing roles preferred but not required.

Education

Secondary school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 18.10 to CAD 22.65 per hour.
