The Operations Consultant partners with the Operations Supervisor to organize the stockroom, process deliveries, manage inventory and support merchandising updates, while contributing to customer service and store standards. This permanent, part-time role offers CAD 18.10–22.65 per hour, performance bonuses, a competitive benefits program, and training and development initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Partner with the Operations Supervisor to maintain an organized stockroom and complete merchandising updates.
- Provide professional and courteous customer service as needed during store hours.
- Contribute to training other cashiers and mobile point-of-sale advisors.
- Help maintain cleanliness and organization standards in the cashwrap area.
- Understand and help implement Sephora merchandising concepts.
- Participate in programs designed to reduce shortages and losses.
- Receive and process deliveries promptly.
- Organize and maintain the stockroom in accordance with company standards.
- Manage transfers, damaged products, and testers in accordance with company standards.
- Check all visual elements and report missing or damaged items to the Operations Supervisor.
- Ensure safety and cleanliness standards are maintained at all times.
- Report inventory issues and concerns to supervisors, assistant managers, or the Store Manager.

This position is based in Mirabel, Quebec, Canada, within easy reach of Montreal.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 18.10 to CAD 22.65 per hour.
