Sephora Operations Consultant, Full-Time, Mississauga ON | Retail operations and stockroom management roles at Sephora Canada.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, professional, and knowledgeable client service during store business hours and assist in training other cashiers and consultants on Point-of-Sale (POS) and mobile POS systems
- Maintain standards of cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone while ensuring awareness of and adherence to Sephora's merchandising concepts and shortage reduction programs
- Perform shipment receipt and processing in a timely manner, organizing and maintaining the stockroom according to company standards
- Process transfers, damages, and testers per company standards, checking in all visual elements and communicating missing or damaged pieces to the Operations Supervisor
- Ensure safety and tidiness standards are maintained throughout assigned areas while communicating inventory issues and concerns to supervisory staff
- Participate in inventory control initiatives and maintain compliance with sampling policies and procedures
- Execute cross-training in cashier functions as designated and support store presentation initiatives
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of retail or client service industry experience, preferably in a stockroom or inventory management capacity
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency with computer systems and Point-of-Sale technology
- Strong arithmetic and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask while maintaining attentiveness to client and business needs
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Skills
Experience
1–2 years of retail or client service industry experience, preferably with stockroom or inventory responsibilities. Entry-level candidates with demonstrated retail fundamentals and organizational aptitude are encouraged to apply.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 19.20 to CAD 22.60 per hour.
