Sephora Operations Consultant, part-time, St. John's, Canada. CAD$18–$22.50/hr with bonuses and benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and knowledgeable client service during store business hours and assist in training other cashiers and consultants on Point-of-Sale (POS) and MPOS systems
- Maintain standards of cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone and assist in upholding Sephora's merchandising concepts
- Perform shipment receipt and processing in a timely manner and organize stockroom according to company standards
- Process transfers, damages, and testers per company protocols and check in all visual elements, communicating missing or damaged pieces to the Operations Supervisor
- Participate in inventory control programs and communicate inventory issues and concerns to management
- Participate in programs to reduce shortage and loss and ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1–2 years of retail or client service industry experience, preferably in a stockroom capacity
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Proficiency with computer systems and basic arithmetic
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
