Sephora Operations Lead opening in Toronto, ON. Manage retail operations, inventory, and team leadership. CAD $22.20–$26.10/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead all operations-related processes and ensure execution meets company standards
- Directly manage all members of the operations team, including overnight stock crew and operations leadership
- Oversee inventory management including shipping, receiving, merchandise returns, and cycle counting
- Manage visual merchandising concepts and on-stage displays to maintain company standards
- Supervise in-house and third-party cleaning crews, providing feedback, coaching, and escalation as needed
- Maintain appropriate budget and inventory levels for supplies, testers, and samples
- Conduct performance management activities and provide timely feedback to operations team members
- Serve as Manager on Duty and engage with Beauty Advisors and clients on the sales floor
- Develop and execute store budget strategies
- Demonstrate expertise in sales performance, staffing, payroll, and controllable store expenses
Qualifications
- 1–3 years' experience in a similar operations role at a high-volume retail location
- Proven ability to influence peers and provide constructive feedback
- Demonstrated strength in store operations management
- Strong time management and problem-solving capabilities

Experience
1 to 3 years of experience in a similar operations role at a comparable high-volume retail location, or equivalent internal experience within a retail organization.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 22.20 to CAD 26.10 per hour.
